In November 2021 I was asked to speak at UX Live, London.

I wanted to give a talk that would be the kind of thing I’d have wanted to hear when just starting out as a junior designer, and settled on the idea of talking about the realities of executing a good UX strategy; from getting your voice heard to building resilience, this talk is essentially a blooper reel of all the times I’ve learnt the hard way over the last ten years!
